How does farm-in booking work with DriveToArrive?
You send us the booking as if you were sending it to any accredited affiliate operator. We accept the job, confirm back to you in writing, allocate the vehicle and chauffeur, execute the ride, and report back on completion. Your client sees a professional chauffeur — you keep the client relationship, the branding, and the margin. Standard industry farm-in flow.
Net rates or commission?
Trade partners are quoted on a partner rate sheet covering the standard job types (airport transfer, hourly, roadshow, cruise transfer, day hire). Rates are agreed with you at onboarding. Clear pricing, confirmed before you book.
What does 'discreet service under your booking' mean in practice?
Our chauffeur will not proactively identify DriveToArrive to your client — the ride is presented as your booking. Where it is standard industry practice and plausible for the destination, and on your written request, our driver can carry your partner branding on the name board and reference your company by name. We do not misrepresent ownership of the vehicle or the operator.
Which cities and airports do you cover?
One operator across ten Australian cities: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Gold Coast, Canberra, Darwin, Newcastle and the Sunshine Coast — plus their airports (MEL, SYD, BNE, PER, ADL, OOL, CBR, DRW, NTL, MCY). Regional and coastal-tour work handled directly from these hubs.
What are your response and dispatch times?
24/7 operations desk. Advance and same-day jobs are confirmed back to you in writing once the vehicle and chauffeur are allocated. A person answers dispatch calls at all hours.
How is invoicing handled and in what currency?
Monthly consolidated invoicing in AUD, itemised by job reference and passenger name. Payment terms and payment method are agreed with you at partner onboarding.
How do I send a test booking?
Email bookings@drivetoarrive.com.au with the job details and "TEST FARM-IN" in the subject. We'll process it as a live job and treat the completion report as a template you can review before opening a full trade account. Alternatively WhatsApp us or use the Become a Partner form on our contact page.
Do you take crew, jet-charter and yacht/cruise transfers?
Yes. Crew transfers, private terminal transfers, cruise terminal transfers and marine crew movements are all standard farm-in work for us. Meet-and-greet is arranged at the pickup point the venue permits.
