You send us the booking as if you were sending it to any accredited affiliate operator. We accept the job, confirm to you within the hour, allocate the vehicle and chauffeur, execute the ride, and report back on completion. Your client sees a professional, on-time chauffeur — you keep the client relationship, the branding, and the margin. Standard industry farm-in flow.

Trade partners receive net rates — a discount from our published retail sell-rates on all standard job types (airport transfer, hourly, roadshow, cruise transfer, day hire). Net rates are set per partner based on volume and payment terms, and reviewed annually. There is no commission or handling fee on top of the net rate.

Our chauffeur will not proactively identify DriveToArrive to your client — the ride is presented as your booking. Where it is standard industry practice and plausible for the destination, and on your written request, our driver can carry your partner branding on the name board and reference your company by name. We do not misrepresent ownership of the vehicle or the operator.

Monthly consolidated invoicing in AUD, itemised by job reference and passenger name. Payment terms are agreed at partner onboarding — 14 or 30 days from statement date is standard. Bank transfer in AUD or SWIFT for offshore partners; card payment surcharge applies if that's your preference.

Yes. Airline crew transfers, private jet FBO tarmac-side transfers, cruise terminal transfers and superyacht crew movement are all standard farm-in work for us. Meet-and-greet at airside or dock-side included where the venue permits.
