Which Sydney cruise terminal should I enter on the booking?
Use the terminal shown on the sailing documents: Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay or White Bay Cruise Terminal in Rozelle. If the terminal is not yet confirmed, tell us before travel so the final run sheet and meeting instructions can be corrected.
Does the Gold Coast have a working cruise passenger terminal?
No. The Gold Coast does not currently have a local cruise passenger terminal. Our Gold Coast cruise service is a pre-booked road transfer to or from Brisbane International Cruise Terminal at Pinkenba, with timing planned around the sailing documents.
How do Canberra passengers reach a cruise terminal with DriveToArrive?
Canberra is inland, so the dedicated service is a long-distance road transfer to Sydney's Overseas Passenger Terminal or White Bay Cruise Terminal. The terminal, passenger count, luggage and boarding window are confirmed before the pickup time is set.
Can Sunshine Coast guests book direct transport to a cruise ship?
Yes. Sunshine Coast cruise bookings are direct road transfers to Brisbane International Cruise Terminal at Pinkenba; they are not described as local Sunshine Coast terminal pickups. The schedule allows for the intercity journey and the sailing's stated boarding window.
How is disembarkation pickup timed when passengers leave in waves?
We ask for the ship details and the passenger's allocated disembarkation information when available. The confirmed meeting point and pickup window account for the fact that berthing time is not the same as the moment passengers reach the terminal exit.
Can travel agents arrange cruise transfers for their clients?
Yes. Travel agents, wholesalers and destination managers can apply to the Partner Program for client bookings, invoicing and agreed operating arrangements. Passenger names, terminal details, luggage and contact instructions remain part of each individual movement.
