Vehicle classes and seated capacity
Seated capacity is the number of passengers a vehicle carries. It is not the number of passengers plus their luggage, which is the figure that actually determines whether a booking works.

Choosing by luggage, not by seats
Where the seat count and the luggage count disagree, book the larger class. The cost difference is small; the cost of a second vehicle summoned at the kerb is not.
- Executive Sedan: comfortable with two passengers and two large checked bags, or three passengers with carry-on.
- Executive SUV: four passengers with three to four large bags, or two passengers with substantial equipment.
- V-Class: seven passengers with carry-on, or five with large checked bags.
- Sprinter: eleven passengers with carry-on; assume fewer once large bags are added.
- Minibus / coach: 12–21 passengers, and the only sensible choice for a group returning from international travel.

Can I request a specific vehicle rather than a class?
You book a class, and we allocate from within it. If a specific vehicle genuinely matters — a wedding, a photoshoot — say so at booking and we will confirm in writing what can be guaranteed.
Are child seats available?
Tell us the children's ages at the time of booking and we will confirm what can be fitted to the vehicle class before you commit.
