Melbourne Cup Day 2026 chauffeur transfers

Melbourne Cup Day is Tuesday 3 November 2026 at Flemington. Start with your hotel or home address and the time your hospitality or race-day plans begin. Plan the return as part of the same request rather than leaving the trip home undecided.

Request a race-day quote

Private Melbourne pickups, luxury and group travel. Pricing, vehicle category and availability are confirmed for your itinerary.

Build an itinerary around your hotel and hospitality?

A restaurant stop is a separate itinerary leg?

If dinner follows the races, provide the restaurant address, reservation time and final destination. Ask for the racecourse-to-restaurant and restaurant-to-home legs to be included in your quote. Transport does not reserve a table or include hospitality.

How do we organise a comfortable pickup and return?

Start with your home or hotel address, passenger numbers and the time you want to arrive. Request a scheduled return or discuss hourly hire if your finish is uncertain. Agree the legal collection point and allow time to leave the course and reach it. Vehicle access restrictions mean gate-side drop-off and zero walking cannot be guaranteed.

For groups planning together, choose a coordinator and supply every requested stop, bags and access or child-seat needs. Sedans, luxury SUVs, people movers and vans can be discussed; the suitable category and availability are confirmed individually. Larger parties may need coordinated vehicles. Seating capacity does not establish luggage or accessibility suitability.

Share your Melbourne Cup Day pickup, group size and return plan. Clear pricing, confirmed before you book.

Can we add a restaurant transfer after the race?

Ask for the racecourse-to-restaurant leg and any later home or hotel transfer in the same enquiry. Supply the restaurant address and reservation time. Each leg is included only when it appears in your confirmed itinerary; transport does not book restaurant tables or race hospitality.

What should we send with our quote request?

Tuesday 3 November 2026, Flemington Racecourse, and your desired arrival time.
Full pickup addresses and passenger numbers on each leg.
Return time, final destination and any restaurant stop.
Bags, mobility requirements or child-seat requests.

An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Review the written itinerary, price and availability before accepting your arrangements.
