Transport partner for production and entertainment
Cast and crew moved to call time rather than to a booking time, talent handled with discretion, and a production coordinator who can change the whole day's schedule with one phone call.
Production and Entertainment Transport Partner
Production transport runs on call times. A vehicle that arrives at the booked time but after the call time has failed, and shoot days move constantly. We take the call sheet, not the booking form, and re-time movements as the schedule shifts.
Talent movements carry a second requirement: discretion. Chauffeurs are accredited and briefed, pickup points can be varied, and the named chauffeur is recorded against every leg so the production holds a complete record without publishing it.
Larger movements — crew to location, touring parties between venues, press-day circuits — run as convoys under one reference so the production coordinator holds a single thread, and the invoice reads as one line per movement rather than per person.
Service capabilities
Cast and crew call-time movements
Hotel to location and location to hotel, dispatched against the call sheet and re-timed as the schedule moves.
Talent and artist transport
Discreet movements with varied pickup points where required, and a consistent named chauffeur across a production where continuity matters.
Touring party transport
Venue-to-venue and airport-to-venue movements for touring parties, including late-finish returns.
Press days and media circuits
Multi-stop days with a held vehicle, sequenced against the interview schedule.
Airport arrivals for visiting talent
Flight-tracked arrivals with a discreet meet, including for late or diverted flights.
Equipment-accompanied movements
Passenger movements where luggage and equipment volume dictate an SUV, V-Class or Sprinter rather than a sedan.
How the booking process works
1. Open a production account
Provide the production company or agency, ABN, billing contact and production dates. We return a rate card and account reference.
2. Send the call sheet
Movements are planned from the call sheet, not from individual bookings. Recurring daily movements can be standing.
3. Nominate a coordinator
One named contact on our side for the production, plus the 24/7 operations line, so schedule changes are a single call.
4. Shoot or tour days
Vehicles dispatched to call time, re-timed live as the day moves, with named chauffeurs recorded on every leg.
5. Production invoice
One GST invoice per production or per month, itemised by movement and date, suitable for attaching to a production budget line.

Questions, answered
Can the same chauffeur be assigned across a production?
Where the schedule and rostering allow, yes. Continuity of chauffeur is often the single thing talent notices most, so we hold it where we can and tell you plainly when we cannot.
How are confidentiality expectations handled?
Chauffeurs are briefed on discretion as part of the account, and we will sign a production's own confidentiality agreement where one is required.
Is there a cost to open a partner account?
No. A partner account is a billing and dispatch arrangement, not a subscription. You are quoted against an agreed written rate card per city and invoiced monthly with GST itemised.
Who is the operating entity?
Drive to Arrive Pty Ltd, ABN 13 636 578 937, established 2007, registered at 83 Church Road, Doncaster VIC 3108. Vehicles are registered commercial passenger vehicles with Safe Transport Victoria and the equivalent regulator in each state, chauffeurs are accredited, and each vehicle carries AUD $20,000,000 third party liability cover.
How do changes and cancellations work out of hours?
The operations desk is staffed 24/7 on +61 400 202 330. Changes go to a person, not a queue. Account terms set out in writing the point at which a vehicle is treated as dispatched and chargeable.
Referencing us on your own website
If you already work with us and want to list Drive To Arrive as a transport partner, the most useful page to point your visitors at is Events and talent accounts, not our homepage — it answers the question your reader actually has. Natural wording works best; phrases our partners commonly use include Drive To Arrive, Drive To Arrive chauffeur services, our production transport partner, cast and crew transport in Melbourne. If the placement is paid or sponsored in any way, please mark the link rel="sponsored"; user-submitted listings should use rel="ugc". We never ask for, pay for, or exchange links.
