Adelaide Oval
On the northern side of the Torrens, with a great deal of the crowd arriving on foot across the Riverbank footbridge from North Terrace. Vehicle access close to the ground is managed on event days, so we agree a perimeter drop-off and place the pickup clear of the footbridge tide.
Adelaide Entertainment Centre
At Hindmarsh, just west of the city and reached mainly by Port Road, which means arena crowds and through traffic share the same approach. The venue empties in a single burst, so the chauffeur is in a staging position before the final song rather than joining the queue after it.
Adelaide Convention Centre
Part of the Riverbank precinct alongside the Oval and the Festival Centre, with drop-off points that differ by hall and entrance. When a conference and a sporting fixture run on the same day the whole precinct tightens, so delegate waves are staggered against the programme.

How far ahead should I book event transport in Adelaide?
For an ordinary weeknight function a few days is enough. For a sold-out Adelaide Oval fixture, a major Entertainment Centre show, a Victoria Park meeting or any Saturday during festival and Fringe season, book three to four weeks ahead. Sprinters and coaches should be booked earlier so the required vehicle can be allocated.
What happens if roads around the venue are closed on the night?
During festival season and parkland events, arrangements across North Terrace, King William Street, War Memorial Drive and the Victoria Park perimeter change event by event and sometimes day by day. We confirm them for your date, put an agreed drop-off and separate pickup point in the run sheet, and reposition the chauffeur through the 24/7 operations line if things change while you are inside.
Do your prices go up on event nights in Adelaide?
No. We do not use surge pricing, event-night multipliers or demand loadings. Your fee is quoted in advance against your run sheet and held, whether the booking is a quiet suburban appointment or the Saturday night of a Fringe weekend. Waiting time and extra stops are charged only where the quote you accepted set them out.
How large a group can you move to an Adelaide event?

Will the chauffeur wait during the event or come back later?

What if the event finishes much later than expected?
Festival and Fringe nights routinely run long, and matches go the distance. On an as-directed booking the vehicle stays with you as late as you need. On a nominated-return booking, one call to the 24/7 operations line moves the pickup, and since your chauffeur is already allocated to your movement the revised pickup remains tied to your booking.
Can you collect guests from several different addresses for one event?
Yes.
